Sadly I have no idea what this is! Some seemed to call it a “Berry
Pizza”, others seemed to called it a “Dessert Cake” but no matter what
it is it looks amazing and one of the best things to make with Kiwifruit
for sure. Can anyone tell me what this is?!?
UPDATE: The berry pizza is essentially a big cookie (for the crust)
with a sweet cream cheese base and the fruit on top. Super easy to make
and great for a ladies brunch/baby/wedding shower. Thank you goes to (rootietoot)
